I’m a certified health coach and a group exercise instructor and I have worked with women for more than 25 years. My approach to wellness is about understanding and appreciating what your body can do and working within that framework to be as healthy as you can be. That includes physical activity, healthy eating, rest and managing stress. And it’s not a one size fits all.
I have personally had my own activity limiting, diet changing and stress inducing health challenges over the years so I understand the confusion that can happen when a woman begins or resumes a fitness program.
