It’s Me, Coach Julie

I’m Julie Williamson, and I believe it’s never too late to feel strong, healthy, and confident in your body. My own fitness journey started at 36, after navigating a series of personal health challenges that made me realize just how precious our well-being is. Over the years, I became a certified health coach (ACE), a group exercise instructor (AFAA), and earned specialized training in active aging — because I wanted to help other women discover what I had found: that movement can change everything.

For nearly three decades, I’ve been teaching women’s bootcamps and beginner-friendly classes, with a focus on women over 50 who want to stay active, prevent injury, and feel good in their own skin. Now at 65, I’m more passionate than ever about making fitness approachable and enjoyable. Whether it’s on my front porch, in a group setting or online from my living room, I strive to create a welcoming space where every woman feels supported and inspired to keep moving — for life.
